Hi, I was wondering why that Parvana need to buy nan and how come the taliban know that she was a girl? I just don't get it.

Hi group, when the mother and Parvana walked to the prison,the soldiers sort of ignored the mother but they kept on repeating, and when they are beating them. the mother kept on saying that to release father, but should she be handling the pain or not because nobody talks when they are getting beaten up, so does that mean that she is handling through the pain, but I don't know why the soldier is hitting not hard and not as hard as the mother is being hitted.

Parvana thought: Now I've got her, I can make her as miserable as she makes me. But surprisingly to her the thought did not make her happy. So she went out to buy some food. I think that the Taliban will capture Parvana when she goes to buy the food and send her to jail and some how she will escape and help her father escape to. What do you think? What will happen to Parvana? Will the Taliban capture her, beat her and send her to prison with her father? Will she go home safe?

Her mother cut Parvana's hair and changed her name. Basically making up a fib to the Taliban. I wonder how Parvana manage this? Will she bring her family outside or not? Will people find out she is a girl? Will she be safe out there? I don't get why The other people in the family can't be a boy. But only her. If I was her I will absolutely not be a boy. I think she is brave for doing this.

What do you think will happen next, will they find out that Parvana is actually a girl not a boy, do you think that they will start war( Men vs Lady)(lol) and do you think Parvana will be brave enough to be a boy?How would his father break out of jail?
